2024 COLLECTION: LIVE SOUND FUNDAMENTALS

This module introduces students to the professional practice of ‘live’ sound reinforcement.

Combining theory with practical hands-on activities, it teaches students to implement technical requirements for ‘live’ events, including interpreting a technical rider and reading audio signal flow diagrams. Students will gain first-hand experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and operating basic professional audio equipment for small-scale ‘live’ productions, such as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE), and performing arts productions
